Micro Mini Golf Privacy Policy

KZO LLC and Project 84 Last Updated: June 5, 2026 Contact: [email protected]

This Privacy Policy explains how KZO LLC and Project 84 collect, use, share, retain, and protects information when you access or use Micro Mini Golf, the related website pages at project84.net, online multiplayer services, player accounts, chat, support tools, management systems, and other services that link to this policy.

1. Scope and Definitions

"Game" means Micro Mini Golf. "Services" means the Game, websites, backend systems hosted on our servers, management console functions, online multiplayer, chat, leaderboards, accounts, customer support, and related features. "User" means any person who accesses the Services. "Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to a person, device, account, or household under applicable law.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from users, automatically from devices and gameplay, and from service providers. The categories below describe information the Services may collect depending on which features you use.

Account and profile. When you register or sign in, we collect your username, password (stored hashed), optional email address, session tokens, and gameplay profile data such as coins, XP, level, wins and losses, selected ball, boosters, inventory, team membership, and cloud save data. You may change your password or request account deletion from in-game settings.

Global leaderboard (opt-in only). If you opt in, we upload your username, score, stroke count, level, and game mode to our servers at api.project84.net to display public global and daily leaderboards. We do not upload leaderboard scores unless you accept the in-game consent prompt or turn on Global Leaderboard in Settings. You can opt out anytime in Settings; opting out stops new uploads. Previously published scores may remain until removed under our retention practices or upon request to [email protected].

Multiplayer and gameplay. Online play may send match-related data, usernames, custom map submissions, presence signals, and WebSocket messages through our backend.

Chat and user-generated content. Chat messages, usernames, map names, reports, blocks, and moderation records as described in Section 5.

Purchases and entitlements. Purchase receipts, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, and entitlement flags from Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat as described in Section 6.

Promotional codes (web and Android only). On supported platforms, redeeming a promotional code sends your username and the code to our servers to grant in-app rewards. This feature is not available in the iOS app.

Support. Messages you send through support forms, including username, optional email, subject, and message text.

Device and technical data. IP address, request headers, device type, app version, server logs, security events, and similar data collected automatically through our servers and hosting providers for security, abuse prevention, and service operation.

Local storage. The app may store preferences, session tokens, blocked-user lists, leaderboard consent choice, and UGC terms acceptance on your device.

3. Google, Apple, RevenueCat, Hosting Providers, and Other Services

The Services may use Google products such as website translation widgets or other Google services where enabled. Any Google services in use and the data they collect should also be reflected in the App Store privacy labels for your platform.

The Services rely on Apple for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, receipt validation, Game Center features, Sign in with Apple if enabled, and crash or diagnostic information. Apple processes information under its own terms and privacy notices.

Micro Mini Golf uses RevenueCat to process and validate in-app purchases and manage entitlements on iOS and Android. RevenueCat may receive app user identifiers, purchase history, and device information under its own privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Project 84 uses third-party hosting and infrastructure providers for backend web services, security, traffic routing, DDoS mitigation, abuse prevention, logging, and performance. Those providers may process IP addresses, request headers, security events, device information, and related technical data as part of delivering those services.

4. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.

To create, authenticate, manage, recover, and protect player accounts.

To provide multiplayer, matchmaking, leaderboards, cloud saves, virtual items, purchases, and gameplay features.

To deliver chat, user reporting, moderation, mutes, suspensions, bans, and safety tools.

To validate purchases, prevent fraud, process refunds or chargebacks, and maintain entitlement records.

To analyze performance, crashes, usage, balancing, retention, and feature reliability.

To serve, measure, limit, and personalize advertising where permitted by law and platform rules.

To protect Project 84, users, backend systems, APIs, management console, intellectual property, and the integrity of the Game.

To respond to support requests, legal requests, security incidents, and rights requests.

To comply with applicable laws, contracts, platform requirements, and enforcement obligations.

5. Chat, User-Generated Content, Reporting, and Moderation

Zero tolerance. Micro Mini Golf has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise offensive material in chat or other UGC features. Violations may result in content removal and account termination, as described in our User Agreement and Terms of Use.

Micro Mini Golf includes user chat, usernames, and reporting. Chat and related UGC may be stored, reviewed, filtered automatically or by humans, or used to investigate abuse, harassment, cheating, threats, fraud, safety issues, or violations of the Terms. Users should not share sensitive personal information in chat.

You can report objectionable content or abusive users from in-game chat, and block users by long-pressing a message. We review reports within 24 hours and take enforcement action when appropriate. KZO LLC and Project 84 may preserve chat records, reports, blocks, and moderation history for as long as reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention.

6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platform provider where supported. KZO LLC and Project 84 do not receive full payment card numbers from Apple or Google. RevenueCat helps validate receipts and sync entitlements. We may receive purchase status, receipt validation data, transaction identifiers, item entitlements, subscription status if subscriptions are offered, and refund or chargeback information necessary to deliver and maintain purchased content.

7. Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies

The Game and project84.net may use SDKs, local storage, device identifiers, cookies, server logs, and similar technologies for authentication, security, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, performance, and user preferences. Users may have device settings, platform settings, or consent tools that limit certain tracking or advertising functions.

8. Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers and processors that help operate the Services, including hosting, analytics, advertising, payment, purchase validation (including RevenueCat), moderation, security, customer support, and infrastructure providers. We may share information with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, our hosting providers, legal authorities, professional advisors, corporate transaction counterparties, or other parties when necessary to operate the Services, comply with law, enforce rights, protect users, investigate abuse, or prevent harm.

9. Children and Teens

Micro Mini Golf is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts our Terms and this Privacy Policy on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 without verified parental consent as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will delete that information and may close the associated account. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided Personal Information may contact [email protected].

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's use of chat, multiplayer, leaderboards, and in-app purchases. We apply safety controls including chat moderation, user reporting, blocking, and account enforcement as described in this policy and our Terms.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, purchase records, legal compliance, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, moderation history, and enforcement of the Terms. Retention periods may differ by category. Chat and moderation records may be retained longer where needed to investigate reports, prevent repeat abuse, or protect users and the Services.

11. Security

Project 84 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These may include password hashing, access controls, server logging, network security tools provided by our hosting providers, role-based management console permissions, audit records, encryption in transit, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No system is perfectly secure, and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

12. User Choices and Rights

You may opt in or out of global leaderboard score uploads at any time using the Global Leaderboard toggle in Settings. Declining the in-game prompt or turning the toggle off prevents new score uploads to our servers.

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding certain personal information. Users may also request account deletion or contact support regarding privacy questions. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment records, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Requests may be sent to [email protected].

13. U.S. State Privacy Notice

Residents of California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, and other states may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing of Personal Information under applicable state law. We do not sell Personal Information for money. Where our use of analytics or advertising tools constitutes sharing or targeted advertising under state law, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms. To exercise rights, contact [email protected].

14. International Users

The Services are operated by KZO LLC and Project 84 in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the Game or on project84.net with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after the updated policy becomes effective means the user acknowledges the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
